Assess New Hire Performance Against Assessment and Selection Scores
The Hiring Manager also compares performance of the new hire to the last Q-Chart™ assessment. The Hiring Manager can then see how a new hire has performed in comparison to their assessment scores during the recruitment process, and also how well they measure against the original requirements in the Job Brief. The Hiring Manager can gain an understanding of any strengths or weaknesses which may be positively or negatively impacting performance, and can make an informed decision on whether or not performance is satisfactory as a result.
Both the Recruiter and the Hiring Manager can build an understanding of the selection criteria which are important for different roles. This learning is then applied to develop template Q-Charts™ that can be used for future similar roles, resulting in an improved Quality of Hire.
